ALTAF SHAIKH: A MAN WITH DREAMY EYES AND SKILFUL HANDS

Altaf, who was born in Pune, began his career in hairstyles in 2015-16, and after two years, he chose to pursue a profession in both makeup and hair. He is presently a celebrity makeup and hair artist as well as the co-founder of Pune’s Altaf Men’s Parlour. 

Altaf embarked on his journey with many dreams in his eyes, and he is grateful to his mentors Vaibhav Chaphekar and Om Gupta. He has collaborated with a number of celebrities, including Mr. Vishal Kapoor, celebrity photographer Prashant Samtani, Hiten Tejwani, Ridheema Tiwari, and Yuvika Chaudhary.

He has earned several awards and accolades on different makeover and grooming platforms, including the Dadasaheb Phalke Indian television award 2021, the Pride of India iconic award 2021, Mrs. and Mr. Indian iconic diva 2021, Fem-Mae Pride of India 2021, and many more. 

Altaf feels that the artists’ synergy is centred on providing their clients a spectacular makeover and transforming them into celebrities on their wedding day.

Their approach focuses on creating a natural and beautiful change by accentuating features rather than overdoing it with cosmetics. Apart from bridal makeup, the Studio also provides bridal hairstyling, party makeup, draping, and among other services.
