Farmaaish, a place that fulfils all your flavoursome requests (quite literally)!

Farmaaish Lounge & Bar, Viman nagar is a 180 seat casual-dining terrace bar with a 80 seat A.C lounge and dance floor. It focuses on scrumptious Indian menu with a touch of  World influence.

It is a student & corporate friendly bar that has the right ambiance for a weekday break or weekend party with friends. located in the booming, and rapidly expanding, borough of Pune, Viman nagar where it screens all major leagues & games live. Happy Hours go on all day long, all through the week and it makes sure everyone who walks in gets the best deal.

It all began at NIBM back in 2008, the area was buzzing with students from Middle East and Iran making this area their most favorite as a place to stay and chill during the evenings. Before Farmaaish, the place used to operate as 4 different brands catering to the locals and foreign students living in the area, the brands used to be Ali Baba Cafe (Authentic Iranian Cusine), Casa Lolo (Lebanese), Indian Pizza (Pizzas with the Indian touch) and Spice 6 (serving Moghlai and Indian Cuisine). After it was decided to bring all these brands under one roof and one name, that is how Farmaaish came into Existence in 2009. A place loved by student and family crowd for the variety of cuisines offered.

It then expanded to Viman nagar in 2012, with increasing demand and since there was a great mix of students and corporates living in the area, this is where the place served our first beer and introduced itself to the world of bars. It was greeted with so much love in Viman nagar and the space seemed small to cater to the growing need. It was missing a dance floor and rooftop views, so it was upgraded to a rooftop bar with a larger space in 2016. The flagship outlet and extended resto-lounge-bar has been designed with a warm and contemporary feel, its quirky yet subtle, carefully designed to enable space yet intimacy. You feel the energy as you step in, a lounge bar offering a panoramic view of Viman nagar skies.

It’s menu is based on the principles of using the high quality raw local ingredients, along with the best of ingredients from other states of India. There is a wide selection to choose from, You will find that everything from the signature kutney kebab, the local favorite kheema mutter, the manglorian neer dosa and gassi, burmese khaw suey, hummus, oriental specials, flat breads, pastas with a range of desserts to complete the meal.
