A Night of Elegance and Achievement: Interview with NIEM’s Mr. and Miss University Winners – Prem Golande and Mohini Kshirsagar

In a dazzling evening filled with talent, charisma, and beauty, the prestigious Mr. and Miss University pageant organized and executed by students of Asia’s First Event Management institute- NIEM The Institute of Event Management, recently took place, crowning two remarkable individuals as the winners. The distinguished title of Mr. University was bestowed upon Prem Golande, while the equally impressive Miss University title went to Mohini Kshirsagar. Question: How does it feel to be named Mr university?
Ans: Winning the title of Mr. University is undoubtedly a great accomplishment! It’s likely a mix of pride, joy, and perhaps a
sense of achievement. Holding The title and Mr university feel like A great achievement for me.

Question : What inspired you to participate in the competition ?
Ans: I personally Feel That “ When you have a dream, you’ve got to grab it and never let go.” Getting Into Modeling Industry and Achieving It to top was always a dream and It inspired me to participate In this competition . And I believe that Mr. University isn’t just a title it is a platform for positive change.

Question : Any memorable experiences during the journey?
Ans : There’s a lot of memories I have experienced throughout the journey . One memorable experience I’ll never forget Is The night of the Grand Finale . Before the finale I have Learnt a lot of things From Niem the whole journey Was full of Joy , hardworking and Is of Making a new family .

Question : What qualities do you think helped you to win?
Ans : I think the qualities that helped Me to win the show Is having a Good Personality , good sense Of humour .

Question : What qualities do you believe set you apart and contributed to your victory?
Ans : I think Being Disciplined , Consistent and being Confident.

Question : How does it feel to be named Ms. University?
Ans : This feeling is out of the world i can’t even express how it literally feels like you know moments when you are working day and night giving all your strength all you have got to achieve something and when i was on the ramp performing for the final time that night, in my subconscious mind i knew that either this is going to be great or the greatest.

Question : What inspired you to participate in the competition?
Ans : 1st time got rejected in the auditions and that was the moment when i decided that i will come back and i will win this hunger pushed me to participate in this competition.

Question : Any memorable experiences during the journey?
Ans : The whole journey was a package of experiences but the best ones were meeting new talents and getting to know each other and learning new things from best mentors.

Question : What qualities do you think helped you win?
Ans : My Love and passion and never giving up attitude inspired me to participate in this competition.

Question : What qualities do you believe set you apart and contributed to your victory?
Ans : Confidence, Consistency and my perspective of looking into things pulled me towards a grand victory

The Winner will be representing the city in the All India Finale, which is scheduled on 11 January 2024 in Mumbai. They would be trained by David Witbread, Mickey Mehta, Sameer and Arsh Tanna and many more.
