Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2 star Shubhaavi Choksey says “Strong women don’t put down each other”

The term feminism was coined to give all those women a sense of liberation who were suppressed all over these years or to rather establish an equilibrium and to set a benchmark for all the women out there that they are no less than the men in all the aspects. Actress Shubhaavi Choksey who’s a huge advocate for all the women out there and has used her platform to raise her voice for the upliftment of women.

We roped in the Bade Acche Lagte Hai star and asked her about how nowadays that the term ‘catfights’ or two women cannot be friends. To which she averred “The most inspirational women are those who give strength to others apart from themselves.. They are those who don’t put others down when they rise …. They are those who are fearless to take up a challenge and even more courageous to admit that thay they need help if at all required”

She concluded by naming the two most affluential women in her life. The actress added “My grandmother and mother are the women who symbolise strength, truth, discipline , valiance and above all compassion. I hope I have imbibed these in my life”

On the professional front, Shubhaavi has been a part of some iconic shows in her career spanning over a decade. She is currently seen in Bade Acche Lagte Hai season 2 and apart from her acting skills, her fashion choices are garnering a lot of eyeballs in the show!
